Does this work with my WalkingPad?
This is for the Z1 only — it isn't compatible with other WalkingPad models. We'll check your order matches before your kit ships.
Who counts as an existing customer?
Anyone who has purchased a WalkingPad Z1 and can be matched to an order. We'll check your order and model before confirming your spot.
Will you use my video in ads?
Yes — by submitting your video, you agree we may use it across our marketing, including ads.
What counts as a friend's order?
Any WalkingPad product purchased through your personal link. Your kit unlocks as soon as your friend places their order.
Can I do both routes?
Each customer can only receive one kit in total, so you can only claim once — choose whichever route suits you best.
Does my friend get a discount too?
They'll get the usual free UK shipping on orders over £100, same as any customer.
When will my kit arrive?
Kits are expected to start shipping from mid-November 2026, depending on stock arrival and final inspection. We'll let you know if timing changes.
