I spent a lot of time researching walking pads and decided to go for the C2. As I am tall I wanted the longer walking area because it folds it easily slides under the chair in the living room. I am able to jog on the machine aswell. I have had excellent customer service from start to finish. It was super easy to set up and I love the sleek design. I am now able to get my steps in when it suits me. I did not like walking in the dark or rain so this has had a huge impact on my fitness. I 100% recommend the UK walking pads company. 🙌🏼

I am glad that I bought the Walking Pad. My intention is to use it while working or while watching TV. While working it is a little tricky and I need to keep the speed at around 2. While watching TV - I must say - i can cover much much more steps than i would have done if i was outdoor. Last evening just 1 full movie watching and walking gave me nearly 2 miles.
The device arrived on time and delivery very good. It would have been helpful if on the order it stated it will be delivered as two packages. The device is heavier than anticipated. Due to the shape of the sides it’s difficult to pick up. It would help if a couple of handles retractable could be added to the sides.
Purchased for my wife as the exercise bike we had was quite cumbersome and took up a lot of space. I have waited a month or so before providing feedback as I wanted to see how she found it. Ordering and delivery - perfect. Simple, quick and efficient 6. Walking Pad - thus far, no issues. My wife loves it. She uses it twice a day for walking and a few the jog. The Walk Pad is slightly heavier than we though but she is able to handle it/set it up. We have had to adjust the belt on a couple of occasions which is simple and easy to do. In a nutshell, she is pleased with her Walking Pad and is enjoying using it. Long may this continue.

Very heavy product to carry.
The walking pad was ok for a few days then the belt need calibrating and I adjusted as explained but the belt got worse and frayed. Unfortunately this put me off my stride as I kept looking down I got a full refund within 3 days but my issue is the return I m supposed to dispose my self (I’m 65 full time carer for my partner)I asked if I could pay for them to pick it up They say DHL would collect no charge have been given 2 time slots but no show so will see ….over all delivery quick a nice looking walking pad refund fast just the disposing issue
You have shared a photo of the white walking pad I ordered, however you emailed to say they were out of stock , was a black one ok, I said not a problem, but really, get your marketing department keeping up with your sales department

Love it but very new only used it 2 or 3 times, Easy to set up. Wish it had a grab rail as swaying a but if your gaze drifts from directly a head by looking to the left or the right. Bit disconcerting and don’t want to fall off it.
When it works, it's great. Unfortunately the remote only works about 20% of the time. Oh and the 'auto' mode is useless.

The package arrived quickly. Easy to set up and get going. Tbh I didn't download the app: I don't need it. All I want to do is walk at my standup desk. And the remote gives me total control to do that. When I want to sit I fold it and roll it under my sofa. Happy so far with operation and the quality. I hope it lasts!
This is my second one the other broke after two weeks with not much use . Up to that point loved it , on line customer service were fantastic and a new one has arrived this week . Fingers crossed it was just bad luck on the last one , as when it works it’s easy to use and great .

I am happy with the unit, the only issue I have is that at the back end there is a piece of plastic which appears to have come away one side. It sits just being the walking band. At first I thought it should be removed as it may be something that secures the band during transit. It works OK but I wonder what would happen if it broke off completely.
The walking pad arrived promptly and I love it. I can roll is under my sofa when not in use and it's sturdy and reliable when I walk on it. It will revolutionize my exercise habits this winter!
