Dispatch timing

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days after payment is confirmed. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK bank holidays.

If your order is placed late on a Friday, dispatch timing starts from the next working day.

Delivery timing

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–5 working days. This is an estimate and can vary during peak periods, sales events, bank holidays, or severe weather.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking is sent by email. Tracking can take 12–24 hours to show movement after the dispatch email has been issued.

If tracking has not moved for more than 2 working days after dispatch confirmation, email support with your order number and tracking reference.

If your order arrives damaged

If the box or product arrives damaged, take clear photos before unpacking further where possible. Email support within 48 hours with your order number, photos, and a short description of the damage.

Can I change my delivery address?

Email support as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Address changes may not be possible once dispatch has started.

Do you deliver to remote or offshore areas?

UK delivery is available, but some remote or offshore areas may require support confirmation before dispatch.

My tracking says delivered, but I cannot find the parcel. What should I do?

Check safe places, nearby entrances, and anyone who may have accepted the delivery. If you still cannot locate it, email support with your order number and tracking reference.
