White Glove Delivery
White Glove Delivery is carried out by BJS, a specialist two-person home delivery service. Your G5i is carried to the room of your choice, unboxed and set in place, with all packaging taken away. It's available at most mainland UK addresses, including flats above ground floor. In a small number of remote areas BJS can't reach, we'll contact you to arrange delivery via our standard courier instead — White Glove service isn't available in these areas. Select White Glove Delivery as an option at checkout; we'll confirm availability for your address.
Kinomap membership — 12 months
Your 12-month Kinomap membership activation code is emailed to you after your order has been dispatched. Kinomap gives you a full year of real-world video routes and guided workouts you can follow directly on your G5i.

The G5i arrives fully assembled — unfold it, plug in and walk. It weighs 68 kg, so plan where it will live before it arrives.
WalkingPad machines are large items. Standard delivery brings the item to the kerbside, front door, or building entrance — it does not include upstairs delivery, room placement, unpacking, or assembly. If you need help getting it into place, contact support before your order is dispatched and we’ll advise on options for your address.

Every WalkingPad comes with a 1-year warranty covering the motor, electronic controller, main frame, and display panel.
Not covered: wear items such as the belt, rollers, and bearings; accidental, liquid, or impact damage; cosmetic marks that do not affect operation; rental or shared-business use; and unauthorised repairs or third-party parts.
To start a claim, email support with your order number, model name, a description of the issue, and photos or video where possible. Support reviews the details and confirms the next step before anything is arranged.

Returns. You have a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you change your mind, a large-item collection fee of £40–£70 applies and is deducted from your refund. 14-Day Price Match. If the same model is later reduced on our site, or is cheaper on Amazon.co.uk from the WalkingPad official store or an authorised UK seller, email us within 14 days of your order and we refund the difference.

Can I run on it, or only walk?
Both. The belt runs from a slow walk up to 16 km/h — enough to walk at your desk or run a session indoors.
Does it have incline?
Yes — automatic incline you adjust as you walk, so a flat walk can become harder work without stopping.
How much room does it need — and where does it go?
Unfolded it’s about 164 × 85 cm. Folded it drops to about 25.8 cm high and rolls away on its wheels against a wall.
Will it take my weight?
It’s rated to 136 kg (300 lb), on a 1300 × 500 mm running belt.
Do I have to build it?
No. It arrives fully assembled — unfold it and plug in. Net weight is 68 kg.

I bought the WalkingPad G5i in addition to my WalkingPad R1 Pro. It is a very sturdy treadmill, which is reflected in the fact that it weighs approximately twice as much as the R1 Pro. It feels stable and secure when both walking and running. The incline feature is excellent, as it allows me to achieve a higher heart rate while exercising at a lower speed. When the incline is activated, it also seems to provide additional cushioning, making the treadmill feel comfortable and gentle on my knees. It can connect via Bluetooth to an Apple Watch and display your heart rate on the treadmill. However, you need to install and run the KS Fit app on the watch. If you simultaneously start a workout using Apple’s native Workout app, the treadmill stops receiving your heart-rate data. Overall, I am very pleased with the G5i. It offers considerably more functionality than the R1 Pro while still taking up very little space.

When a new model with an incline (the G5i) launched right after I bought my X25+, the WalkingPad customer support team stepped in and made the upgrade process completely effortless for me. Exceptional service! The G5i is the ultimate versatile machine. Although it’s hefty, it folds up and stores away really well. The incline transition is smooth, making it ideal for flat under-desk walking during work calls and running workouts afterward. Connected with Kinomap, it’s brilliant. Couldn't ask for a better product or service!
Really good product just a couple of issues. It does judder a little when using incline but you can get used to it. The display of steps is quite small and not on the main display. Really depends if that matters. The after sales service has been excellent and they have addressed the issue I had with juddering. They have assured me it is safe.

The built-in shock absorption structure effectively protects your knees. Traditional incline treadmills have their uprights directly supported on the ground, resulting in a larger overall size and greater storage difficulty. The G5i uses a head latch to secure the uprights, preventing them from directly contacting the ground, thus balancing convenient storage with shock absorption. Due to this design, when you stand in the middle of the running belt, you may feel a slight wobbling and vibration compared to traditional upright treadmills. This is normal operating condition and not a malfunction. The G5i underwent multiple rounds of comprehensive safety testing before its release and has a complete set of safety inspection reports.
