Launch Care Package
Every G5i ordered during the launch period comes with the Launch Care Package: White Glove Delivery, a 12-month Kinomap membership, and worry-free cover by Seel. Here's exactly what each one covers.
White Glove Delivery
White Glove Delivery is carried out by BJS, a specialist two-person home delivery service. Your G5i is carried to the room of your choice, unboxed and set in place, with all packaging taken away. There's no floor or access restriction — it's available at any mainland UK address, including flats above ground floor. Select White Glove Delivery as an option at checkout.
Kinomap membership — 12 months
Your 12-month Kinomap membership activation code is emailed to you after your order has been dispatched. Kinomap gives you a full year of real-world video routes and guided workouts you can follow directly on your G5i.
Worry-free cover by Seel
Your order is protected by Seel's Worry-Free Delivery cover, included at no extra cost. It covers you if your order is:
- Defective — damaged in shipping or delivery
- Not Delivered — lost or never arrived
- Missing or Incomplete — items or components missing
- Significantly Delayed — shipment arrives well past the promised date

Launch period
The Care Package above is included free with every G5i ordered before 30 September 2026, 23:59 BST. From 1 October 2026, Kinomap membership and Seel cover remain included as standard — White Glove Delivery becomes a £199 add-on, selectable at checkout.
