Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.4 / 5 from 49 reviews.
Pretty good, does what it says on the tin.
Very useful as we have a hard wooden floor and the mat does not slip whilst having the machine on it.
The mat itself is really good quality, the only issue I have is that the website says it was compatible with the walking pad I bought however it's not big enough. I am using it elsewhere though.
There was a problem with the order due to a computer glitch as discovered by admin who contacted me immediately and took steps to sort it out asap and kept me informed throughout, superb service from customer services department, would highly recommend. Item now received and am well pleased with it.
The walking pad mat was great.
The mat is a great choice as I use my walking pad in my bedroom so it provides protection for my carpet
Mat suitable size and density for our new MX16+ just the job.
Good for standing treadmill on
Does the job!
.
works well under walking treadmill. Arrived quickly and well packaged.
Brilliant piece of kit
It didn't reduce the noise from my X21 walkingpad. I feel like it was a waste of money. I am considering returning it if it's possible.
The mat is a good fit for the footprint of my walking pad. Waited quite a few weeks for it. I knew it was on back order so the wait was expected. So far I'm very impressed by the quality of the products I've purchased and especially impressed by the customer service I received.
Great for under my walking pad.
Good
Great
Excellent product and speedy delivery.
Good quality
Great product
just like having it under my walking pad. it prevents indentations from forming in my carpet.
can't rate it because the walking pad still has not arrived therefore the mat hasn't been used.
Ordered the mat to go under my WalkingPad. It never arrived. Apparently some problem with the courier who couldn’t find my address. A replacement item was sent out, but again has never been received. Email received from the courier, stating the item was being sent back to the sender. So a problem with Yodel - but numerous emails sent to WalkingPad UK and no reply received. I’ve had to accept that I’ll not see the item or my money again. Terrible service.
Great product
Definitely need the mat to use with my walking pad as I have tiles
The mat perfectly fits my Walking Pad and has a substantial thickness. It protects my wooden floor very well.
The Walking Pad non-slip mat is a perfect size to sit under the my Z3 Hybrid+ and protects my floor covering from marks and indentations. The mat is thin enough to be rolled quite tightly so it can be stored away along with my walking pad when not in use.
Good
Perfect to accompany my Z3 Hybrid
Too small for footprint of x218. Don’t want to be lowering machine down worried about the millimetre accuracy required to get feet on mat. Not good enough.
Y'all waited 8 days to tell me you weren't able to ship it. Your loss! I bought a treadmill from somewhere else.
Absolutely love this. It’s so so compact and convenient
It does the job of holding the walking plate firm on carpet. I was surprised the instructions warned me not to eat it!
It's a mat!!!
Very good quality ain't used it long enough to mention about longevity
I am still waiting on my WalkingPad, over 2 weeks after ordering and 3 emails to customer services. Disappointed to say the least. I am forever chasing where my order is, even though I did have a message from the courier advising delivery on the 11th, waited in all day and no delivery.
Does what it’s intended to do, just big enough for my R2 machine!
The walking pad mat is grea, use it over my area rug to protect it
