Pretty good, does what it says on the tin.
Very useful as we have a hard wooden floor and the mat does not slip whilst having the machine on it.
The mat itself is really good quality, the only issue I have is that the website says it was compatible with the walking pad I bought however it's not big enough. I am using it elsewhere though.
There was a problem with the order due to a computer glitch as discovered by admin who contacted me immediately and took steps to sort it out asap and kept me informed throughout, superb service from customer services department, would highly recommend. Item now received and am well pleased with it.

Brilliant piece of kit
It didn't reduce the noise from my X21 walkingpad. I feel like it was a waste of money. I am considering returning it if it's possible.
The mat is a good fit for the footprint of my walking pad. Waited quite a few weeks for it. I knew it was on back order so the wait was expected. So far I'm very impressed by the quality of the products I've purchased and especially impressed by the customer service I received.

Ordered the mat to go under my WalkingPad. It never arrived. Apparently some problem with the courier who couldn’t find my address. A replacement item was sent out, but again has never been received. Email received from the courier, stating the item was being sent back to the sender. So a problem with Yodel - but numerous emails sent to WalkingPad UK and no reply received. I’ve had to accept that I’ll not see the item or my money again. Terrible service.

The mat perfectly fits my Walking Pad and has a substantial thickness. It protects my wooden floor very well.
The Walking Pad non-slip mat is a perfect size to sit under the my Z3 Hybrid+ and protects my floor covering from marks and indentations. The mat is thin enough to be rolled quite tightly so it can be stored away along with my walking pad when not in use.

I am still waiting on my WalkingPad, over 2 weeks after ordering and 3 emails to customer services. Disappointed to say the least. I am forever chasing where my order is, even though I did have a message from the courier advising delivery on the 11th, waited in all day and no delivery.
