I absolutely love this treadmill!! It is quite heavy, but thanks to the handle and wheels you can move and maneuvre it. Folds away very nicely. Speed is also really good, you can properly run on it. Really happy with the purchase and would defo recommend.

Customer photo review of WalkingPad MC11 Folding Treadmill 7.5 MPH 242 lbs For UK

We’ve been using this for a few weeks now, and we’re both very pleased so far. I only use it for running; my other half uses it to get her steps in when the weather is poor. 12km/h is certainly fast enough; I tend to switch between 8-10 to keep my heart rate up for 30 minutes. These machines are missing incline, but it’s a worthwhile trade-off considering their space-saving design. It’s still heavy and slightly awkward to move; I need to set it up for my other half. This is partly to do with where we keep it; it needs to be lifted out, then lowered to the floor to begin unfolding. I’m sure she could drag it out and lower it carefully, but I’m happy to do it. It was quite challenging to get upstairs too; I’m strong and I’m used to moving large and heavy things. It’s quiet enough to run on when the kids are in bed, but not silent. Most sound comes from the footsteps, rather than the motor/belt. Certainly quiet enough for walking. I’ve only ever used it with running shoes, which have never been worn outside to keep the machine clean. My other half tried it barefoot/socks once and bought running shoes for her next go. The iOS app is decent. I mainly use it to adjust speed; I’ve updated the presets for interval training. There is a feature to keep the screen on, which doesn’t seem to work; it’s not important enough for me to troubleshoot; I’m changing speeds every few minutes so it rarely bothers me. I’ve tried the exercises a couple of times and it’s decent! I mostly stick on an Apple Fitness+ treadmill workout. My other half says the Android app is solid too. Links to Apple Health and the Google equivalent with no issues. I’ve added a MagSafe stand to the phone holder with Velcro; at higher speeds, my phone was bouncing everywhere, and I added a clamp-on bottle holder. My only slight concern is that the belt can creep over to one side, and it makes a rubbing noise. This is mostly at running speeds, and you can run with a bias to the other side to realign the belt. I’ve also felt the belt slip slightly on some footsteps, again mostly at higher speeds. For me, neither is a big concern, and you can’t compare these machines to the ones you’ll use in a gym because they cost multiple thousands and are huge in comparison. All said and done, no regrets. This model feels like the sweet spot for our needs; highly recommended!

Customer photo review of WalkingPad MC11 Folding Treadmill 7.5 MPH 242 lbs For UK

As a busy family, I find it hard to make time for exercise. We all love using the compact folding treadmill. Our house is small so it's great that it's so compact and we are able to store it away. The machine is not too heavy for us to manoeuvre, plus the wheels helps. The treadmill itself is great for what we need, it goes to a level 12 and I usually run on a level 10. Would definitely recommend.

Customer photo review of WalkingPad MC11 Folding Treadmill 7.5 MPH 242 lbs For UK

Positives I orderd the machine on a Friday and it was with me by Monday lunchtime which was very quick. It works, I'm all ready losing weight from using it which was the aim. It is a sturdy machine, and it looks great. It is easy to use, in terms of folding out and back up. It uses minimal electricty as far as I can tell from the smart meter. Cons: I couldn't fix the small plastic shelf to the handle part where it is meant to slide and lock with the screws, which was dispointing for spending close to £500 for the model. It is really very heavy, I just about manage to wheel it about but have to be careful doing it, (speaking as a petite lady) If you need to get it upstairs you might need two people. I find the machine motor loud, especially as you go up to higher speeds. The guarantee offered is not great. I would expect at least 3 years for spending that money for the machine.

Customer photo review of ⚡WalkingPad MC11 Double-Fold Treadmill 7.5 MPH 242 lbs For UK

Only had it about a week, we love it! It's a nice size in our conservatory, a full sized treadmill would've been too big. We leave it folded out half way, but it also fits great against the wall for when we have visitors. Easily moves around on the tile floor. I'm in my 50s, 5'1" and I can lift it folded on my own if that helps other ladies who might be tempted? The wide pad is great to walk on, smooth and I like the little feel of the half way split as it means I'm not too far to the back of it, but generally I haven't felt that as I'm ahead of it at the front of the pad...so far I've walked in socks and trainers, I prefer just socks on it oh and it's quiet when we're walking too, we've gotten to speed 4, doubt we'll make it to 7.5! I've connected it to the app and now track my steps, distance, time etc as I'm walking (there's no steps shown on the screen part of the bar) I've counted my steps and it's accurate, chuffed about that as the app has programs you can train on that I haven't tried yet. Really glad we went for this MC11, we're both walking much more now.

⚡WalkingPad MC11 Double-Fold Treadmill 7.5 MPH 242 lbs For UK

A substantial unit, but easy enough to setup and folds neatly away when needed. Easy to use, app is simple but adequate. All in all a good purchase for me.

WalkingPad MC11

Prompt dispatch and delivery. Product as described. Well build, quite and powerful. Easy to move around and stores well.

WalkingPad MC11

Really heavy treadmill but well made. Great as it folds up.

WalkingPad MC11

Ordered and arrived within a few days Easy to use and store Starting to now pick up the pace.

WalkingPad MC11

I bought the MC11 model as this should suit my needs. The box was very heavy. Delivery man didn't want to take it to my door so luckily I have a sack truck. It unfolds easily (mind your fingers!) and started up fine, but needed to centralise the belt, which was easy to do using the instructions and the provide Allen key. Belt has stayed put. Runs quietly but IMO the minutes-per-mile on the display is a bit slow, but I don't need this reading. Display is simple as per this model but adequate. Has a decent holder for my iPad for using the Kinomap exercise app. Walking at what I think is 4 mpm is good, makes very few occasional operational noises. The MOST important thing to do (which is buried in the manual) is to lubricate with silicone lube (non-hydrocarbon) under the belt before use. Best feature is the thing folds in half to store (makes a strange mechanical sounds every time I do this). A very well made product which I am feeling the benefits of as I intend to return to road running and this will help me achieve this. Happy to recommend. Customer support was decent when contacted.

WalkingPad MC11

Love it - very handy to store and easy to use. Very straightforward, no frills.

WalkingPad MC11

Super easy to use, plug and go, smooth and quite. The app and pre-set courses are very helpful for interval training,

WalkingPad MC11

Fantastic walking pad, very compact and folds away nicely. Heavier than expected but the wheels help when moving it around.

WalkingPad MC11

I’m very happy with this walking pad—it is quiet, easy to use, and fits perfectly in our home. It helps us stay active throughout the day, and the build quality feels excellent for the price.

WalkingPad MC11

Extremely poor customer service. 15 days after placing an order and sending several emails I still don’t have an ETA. My last email hasn’t even been replied to.

WalkingPad MC11

Really like the walking pad - but annoying with the belt moving to certain sides. Keep adjusting it. The belt is also making a scuffing noise so have ordered some silicone lubricant which will hopefully help. Very sturdy product though and folds to a decent size when not in use.

WalkingPad MC11

Great walking pad, feels sturdy and well made. Folds easy and not too heavy to manoeuvre.

WalkingPad MC11

Working but the treadmill has a repetitive thump from both rollers even when unloaded. I have adjusted the tread and checked tracking and lubed the platform but most advice online suggests it’s the bearings which would mean trying to return the whole package so I’m trying to live with it given it works otherwise.

WalkingPad MC11

Does exactly what it says on the box. Critically it fits under a small sofa.

WalkingPad MC11

Lives up to its description. Sturdy, compact and makes home jogging possible

WalkingPad MC11

Well made, wide enough, folds down easily. Great product

WalkingPad MC11

I love my walking pad. Impressed by the quality and it's more robust than I expected it to be. Not lightweight but does fold down for storage which is a real bonus. I read other reviews saying they found the belt going off centre and having to be adjusted frustrating but we used the allen key to adjust re instructions and it solved the problem immediately. I had a couple of queries and the customer service I received from Evelyn was exceptional. So far very happy 😁

WalkingPad MC11

Absolutely love it easy to set up. Lovely and quiet and saves on space.

WalkingPad MC11

I think the walking pad itself is great , robust , easy to understand screen and does give a fair work out. However it is so heavy to manage it really should if possible should be left in situ , I am also wary of leaving it unsupported , vertically as I would hate for my dog to make it topple over and cause injury . I push it behind a telephone table and against a wall , sandwiched when not in use but I think the weight needs to be re emphasised on the description. It clearly is not as moveable as a C2 , which in hindsight I may have preferred , but like the handrail support in the MC11

WalkingPad MC11

The mc11 is compact and stands against the wall in my very little room. Ive been enjoying doing walks and jogs on this.

WalkingPad MC11

Ive only had it a few weeks now, but it is so easy to use. perfect for my needs as an older lady. feels sturdy and speed is great. The App also works well, again, easy to use and perfect for my needs.

WalkingPad MC11

Great piece of kit. Sturdy and comfortable to walk or jog on. Glad I got this rather than a more expensive treadmill.

WalkingPad MC11

My family and I love using this treadmill

WalkingPad MC11

Great machine. Unfortunately it is very heavy to constantly move around.

WalkingPad MC11

Overall we like the walkingpad however it is much noisier than we expected. Also, we’re disappointed with your customer service as you still haven’t replied to the email we sent immediately after placing the order.

WalkingPad MC11

Nice and compact. Great treadmill for running at a good pace and can also walk on it if I am taking a phone call so getting in them al important steps. Absolutely would recommend.

WalkingPad MC11

It’s a sturdy treadmill and it can be used to run or walk. It doesn’t take too long to put it in place or to fold and store somewhere in the house.

WalkingPad MC11

Love my new first walk pad. It’s very cool and just what I needed. I especially love that you can store upright and with the wheels on it it’s very doable. Love it👍
