What to send us
To check a claim quickly, email support with your order number and proof of the lower price: a working link, or a dated screenshot that clearly shows the model, the price, and the seller.
For an Amazon.co.uk claim, make sure the screenshot or link shows the seller is the WalkingPad official store or an authorised UK seller, so we can confirm it qualifies.
How the refund is paid
Once we confirm the claim, we refund the price difference to your original payment method. This is usually processed within 3–5 working days after we verify the lower price. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show it.

Which Amazon prices count?
The same model on Amazon.co.uk sold by the WalkingPad official store or an authorised UK seller. Third-party or Marketplace sellers, and used or open-box listings, are not eligible.
What proof do you need?
Your order number and a working link or a dated screenshot that clearly shows the model, the price, and the seller.
How will I get the difference?
Once we verify the claim, the difference is refunded to your original payment method, usually within 3–5 working days.
Does it apply if your own site goes on sale after I buy?
Yes. If the same model is reduced on uk.walkingpad.com within 14 days of your order, you can claim the difference. Pricing errors and limited-time flash deals are not eligible.
