Shipping Policy
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not ship outside the UK from this store.
Order processing
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 business hours of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day. Dispatch may take longer during sale events.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Total delivery time = processing time + delivery time.
Delivery cost
- Orders over £100: free standard delivery.
- Orders of £100 or less: £15 standard delivery.
- Some remote postcodes may carry an additional charge. Any charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Treadmill delivery options
- Standard Free Delivery: delivered to your front door / ground floor. Treadmills are heavy, so please make sure someone can help move the box inside.
- White Glove Service (£199, available on selected treadmills): the courier brings the treadmill to the room of your choice and unboxes it. Available options are shown at checkout.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours, and tracking information may take 48–72 hours to update, especially during busy periods.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your delivery on arrival. If the goods arrive damaged or incorrect, email uk.support@walkingpad.com with your order number and photos. You will not pay any shipping cost for a replacement or return in this case. See our Refund Policy for full details.
