Love it!!! It isn’t cheap but a fair price for a quality piece of kit. Fast simple ordering process on line. Equally fast efficient delivery. Easy to unpack and get going. Quality piece of equipment. Works exactly as intended. Excellent for brisk walking or jogging. I’m already burning 300 calories a day, every day without even trying. It’s so easy to watch TV on my IPad on the accessory shelf or listen to music. App works well also and provides some interesting data/graphs of performance. In short, thoroughly recommend.
After years of finding excuses to get fitter I decided to invest in a folding walking pad. No more putting off going for a walk because it’s too dark/cold/wet etc, I set it up facing my TV, queue up an episode of my favourite show and off I go. I already feel better and it barely takes up any room against the wall when not in use. I wish I’d got one sooner!
WOW SO IMPRESSED so far so good only have it a few days since I got it I’ve been using the KS app that comes with it to do 30 min fat burning sessions it sets you intervals of power walking then the machine lets you know that in a few seconds that the treadmill will jump to 12km for short intervals and it does this back and forth without touch any buttons it definitely the best investment I bought this year the running belt is wide (46cm) so I feel comfortable while do the exercises!! It’s so easy to fold and unfold and wheel so delighted if your thinking of getting one just do it you won’t be disappointed

Compact walking/running pad. I love it. Very easy to use. I walk at around 6kph which is a fast walk and I run at 10.5kph. Very impressed. I fold it up and it’s out of the way. My parents even bought one as I was going on about how good it was and they use theirs daily, they are 74yrs young.
Great bit of kit, folds up nicely so it can be out of the way when not in use. Could perhaps have a bit more cushioning. Programs are good for start point
I’ve had my walking pad treadmill for three weeks now, and overall, I’m quite happy with it. It’s a bit louder than I expected, and it’s heavier than I thought it would be. I was initially hesitant to use it as the belt felt quite stiff at first, but it’s working well so far. It’s allowed me to fit in walks and runs at home whenever it suits me, even when my son is asleep—and amazingly, it doesn’t wake him up! I no longer need to rely on gym hours, and as a woman, I feel much safer running indoors at night rather than in the park. I’ll see how it holds up in the long run, but for now, it’s doing exactly what I bought it for!
Easy ordering process, delivered earlier than expected, well packaged and undamaged. Super easy to set-up and looks great. Performs well so far, 2hr fast walking sessions with no issues. From ordering to delivery, it only took a matter of days. The WalkingPad feels very sturdy and well made. I’d read some reviews saying it was difficult to manoeuvre, but I haven’t found that to be the case at all. The treadmill runs smoothly and responds very well to speed changes. So far, I’m very happy with it.
Love my new Walking Pad. I’ve struggled to get out of the house to walk or run due to having young children, but this has definitely helped me to get moving again. It’s so easy to set up and put away, although quite heavy. It feels very sturdy and good quality and the app is easy to use.
I also had to contact Walking Pad prior to receiving my treadmill, due to an error I’d made when placing the order. They went above and beyond my expectations. Highly impressed and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Wanted a treadmill for walking so I could get my steps in whatever the weather and to fit in around life, I want it for power walking not running, so this works a treat. Also did not want a commercial weight machine as it is kept upstairs. It was quite heavy to get upstairs but two of us managed it, albeit very slowly.
So, so far so good, it works a treat and is a decent weight and smooth to walk on, can’t notice the join that people mention, would definitely recommend it.
Absolutely love the walking pad I have and it's super easy to use, display is great and speed. The only think that would be a great addition would be to have the incline.
I just love it. It doesn’t take much space it’s easy to move around it’s beautiful with its sleek design and easy to use and I am thanks to this piece of equipment already almost back in shape. As a beginner runner that wants to get fit after having kids, I will find any excuse not to go out for a walk. I absolutely love this walking pad. I can use it any time of the day and don’t need to worry about what the weather is doing. I’ve have managed to get my steps in every day. It’s quiet so I can happily ‘go for a walk’, while watching TV while the kids are asleep. My runner husband is also loving that he can use it. It folds away neatly and doesn’t take up too much space.
Walking pad is easy to set up and start right away. I open and fold mine everyday. It is heavier than expected to move out from wall, but it hasn’t put me off from doing it. Overall really pleased! The walking pad is such an easy way to add extra movement to your day. So handy during these cold and rainy months.
Firstly, the buying process was excellent and the item was delivered exactly on time by their courier who was polite, helpful and informative. The box it arrives in is large. Its also 43.5kg, so if you are unable to get it delivered exactly where you need it, maybe consider help. There is a 30day exchange on the item which I would advise to open carefully, image the contents in situ before removal. It may assist in repackaging the goods should that be required. The item itself is of a high quality, the fit and finish is top drawer, with no joins of mouldings being felt, no sharp edges etc. The fold out mechanism is fluid and it is a good size for the average home, either unfolded or folded for storage. I would have given it a top star rating bar for one issue, having downloaded the app onto my phone as per the assembly instructions, I have not received a pass code from the company to date, leaving a constant flashing message on the start /pause button showing 'app disconnected' which is annoying as its right in your line of sight. Despite trying to install it twice, once on my phone and on another family members phone, we don't get the code sent through. Maybe Walkingpad.UK would like to offer some suggestions to remedy this?. Movement of the walking pad is fluid and there is a helpful screen running either side of the start/pause button indicating helpful figures for your exercise. The motor/gear mechanism isn't the quietest I've heard but its doesn't cause any issues other than the occasional squeak on mine which perhaps is a dry bearing/gear or something. This only happens rarely now and again, so I'm putting it down to the running in period presently (and hopefully). I used the silicone oil supplied to smooth the belt running which also quietened the noise slightly. All in all, I am happy to have purchased the walking pad and would heartily recommend anyone considering purchasing one that it is a quality item compared with some available on the market, albeit at a considerably lower price. You get what you pay for. If Walking pad can get the app sorted I would happily rate this as 5 star.
Quiet, sturdy and a great piece of kit. Does the job and very pleased with it. Can’t say exercise is fun, but the machine makes getting fit enjoyable. Would recommend.
Great quality. Sturdy and it folds up easy for storage. It is heavy though so set it up in the room where you intend using it as it’s difficult to move very far once set up.
It’s a bit too heavy to move and won’t wheel on carpet. Also been hit hard on the head twice by the handle when putting it up to use and trapped my finger trying to put the phone holder on.
Best thing I’ve ever bought for myself. Wish I’d bought it years ago. I like it better for running than I do for walking. It’s fab. Easy to put away and set up. Worth every penny

1. How to change the rotating display from Chinese to English?
I hope the following methods will help you: 1. Press and hold the control button of the X21 thin treadmill for 3-4 seconds, then insert the safety key (keep holding the control button) to enter engineering mode (you will have successfully entered engineering mode when "F1" appears on the lower distance display).
2. After entering engineering mode, press the control button to switch settings until "CH" appears on the calorie panel. Turn the knob slightly to the left until "EN" appears on the calorie panel. Once the switch is successful, press and hold the control switch without releasing it - after 3 seconds, the language will have been successfully switched. Please let me know if you have any questions.
