Best thing about walking pad is that it’s compact & folds up. I fold it in half when not using. Easy to move around sliding it whilst it’s on the mat, as it is quite heavy, but very sturdy. It’s much more compact than my last one. My granddaughters had hours of fun running on it. Very easy to use, 12 year old managed easily, along with grandma managing herself. Definitely a great find. Much sturdier than what I thought it would be. Appears to be quality product. Now I can walk anytime, without having to get wet & cold, and being safe at home. I spent hours & hours looking at lots of different makes & models, before I chose this one. Very happy with my purchase so far.

I researched for quite a while and decided to purchase this walking pad, it's mobile and folds in half which is what I was looking for to save space and it doesn't disappoint. It easily moves on laminate. I have used it every day since purchasing it and I LOVE it, it's easy to put together and fold away. I would highly recommend the walking pad especially in the winter when weather is bad. I know I will continue to get my steps up to keep fit.

The walking pad is great but it is quite heavy when moving it. The instructions provided aren’t the best but it’s quite straightforward to set up, the key is to attach the safety clip

My wife and I adore our Walking Pad. It arrived nice and quickly and brilliantly packed. It's an absolute jewel of a product, easy to set up from first and subsequent uses - massively important if you're to make the most of a piece of fitness kit. It's beautifully made, wonderfully functional and is a joy to use, being both quiet and smooth. The app is simple, straightforward and a doddle to use too, and is especially important considering a fitness watch doesn't register steps that are done while you're at your sit/stand desk working!! Our Walking Pad stores away beautifully after use and is relatively easy to move around on its wheels, despite weighing the same as a small planet (we knew it was going to be heavy, and it really is!). We hope it lasts for years, as we absolutely love it!

Great product - a little issue getting the belt to run centre on the machine but after some tweaking, it’s fine now. The best thing is it has replaced a full sized treadmill that took up half my dining room. This one just slips in beside the piano! I love it!

Really quick delivery and I've been on every day since I received it. I have it positioned so I can look out of the window as I walk. I can walk at a fast constant speed without contstantly watching the floor in case i trip on something so I feel it is better exercise! It will be great for me in the winter!

The walking pad is good quality and appears to be robust. Easy to assemble but be aware it is heavy. The app works reasonably well once one has figured out hoe to set it up and use it. The downside was the performance of the delivery company XPD. took far too long to make the delivery and communication was poor.

Extremely well made and quiet in operation. Some written guidance notes would have been helpful in advising the user as to how he or she might feel initially when using the pad i.e. a litttle unsteady, although this won't apply to everyone. I'm not sure I found the app helpful in this repect either. Otherwise a very useful piece of kit.

I am happy with my purchase, and would give it 5 stars, but the shipping company they use for deliveries is a mess. While I received text messages letting me know when the delivery was going to be, the phone number they gave the drivers was completely different, so they were constantly thinking I simply wasn't at home because no one was answering their call. The app the shipping company has is a joke, and there is no easy way to communicate with them. The treadmill itself is great! No heavier than a packed suitcase, and not too difficult to move around. Although my initial idea of keeping it completely packed up when not in use got scrapped because I find the hand bar too obnoxious to manually fold/unfold each time I want to use it. I'm a walker, not a runner/jogger, and just need something to get my exercise in each day ... because, let's face it, the UK rarely has ideal weather for proper outdoor exercise, and I don't have a car and don't relish the idea of taking a bus to/from a gym every day. After a lot of research, I went with this brand and model because of the length of the deck (another brand was more company, but the length was 90cm and I was worried that would be too short for when I get up to my top walking speed) + price point + wasn't entirely sure I wanted a model that was JUST a deck. In retrospect, after use, I probably could have gone with just a walking pad, but I'm not getting any younger and it's nice to know I have something to steady myself on if I feel I'm losing my balance. The app for the machine is ok - wish I didn't have to have yet another app on my phone, but it does have some nice basic setups, and allows you to set up a routine based on distance, time, or calories burned. You don't have to use the app when you use the treadmill, as it comes with a handy remote that allows you to set the speed, and if you do the initial setup in the app, you can set the default on the built-in display to whatever your goal is for each use. In summary, 5 stars for a product that is what it is and doesn't cost me a whole month's salary, but -1 star because the delivery service (XDP) was a nightmare (and if you check out the reviews of just their app on Google, I am in the majority here, not the minority).

This Walking Pad is fantastic for my needs. I am starting an exercise habit and at this time of year, being able to walk and run in the warm and light is crucial. I was able to start with walking and progress to light jogging. I use it in my kitchen where it doesn’t dominate and it folds away very tightly when we have visitors. Sadly I discovered after delivery that it doesn’t fit under my sofa! I have found another upright place for it though. Fab design. Very happy.

Just getting used to my walking pad. When we first put it on there was a loud noise when the belt was going round and we looked under to see if we could see anything however on turning it back and tried again the noise had disappeared so hopefully we have sorted whatever it was! Thankfully we had son-in-law and grandson here who were able to manoeuvre it... it's quite heavy. Looking forward to be able to get my steps in over the winter. Nice sturdy machine well made. I have managed to configure to the app although I use the remote to work the speed which I find easy. I like the fact I can put my iPad into the holder at the front and can use it to watch anything I want . So far so good.

I love my WalkingPad!! I've been doing micro-walking wherein I do 10-15 minutes several times a day in the comfort of my home. Its encouraged me to move more. I use a weighted vest to add more resistance. Its great! I think its money well spent x

The app is really handy not only to control the pad while I’m using it but also to log my steps which sync to my apple fitness app so I can still see all my exercise in one place.
